The name Mitsume (三目) means three eyes. The two that observe the world, and the third that perceives truth. We build businesses the same way, with patience, clarity, and the discipline to see what others miss. Rooted in Tamil spiritual philosophy and Japanese operational excellence.

A poem passed down from ancient South IndiaSangam Literature & PurananuruSangam literature refers to classical Tamil poetry composed in South India over 2,000 years ago. Purananuru is one of its most celebrated collections, 400 poems on life, governance, and the bonds between people., attributed to the poet Kaniyan Pungundranar. It is among the earliest expressions of a single idea shared across world literature: every place is home, and everyone is family. We carry this into how we build: across Japan and South India, every market we enter, we enter as home ground.
